Meet our Administrator
Chelsey Moss has been Daybreak Village’s Director of Nursing since late 2024 and also stepped in as Interim Administrator during a recent leadership transition.
She began her healthcare journey in long-term care and home health before earning her nursing license at UNMC in Kearney, Nebraska (2012).

She began her healthcare journey in long-term care and home health before earning her nursing license at UNMC in Kearney, Nebraska (2012).
Before joining Daybreak, she served as an overnight charge nurse for OB and ER at Winner Regional Healthcare Center.
Chelsey works closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate personalized care, while also providing weekly and PRN nursing assessments for all residents.
Her calm leadership and clinical insight continue to elevate the quality of care at Daybreak Village!

Activities Director
Chandra Day, our Activities Director, has brought a wealth of enjoyment to our residents!
Each week, she plans new activities and projects for every resident to partake in. Two activities a day range from cards, board games, Bingo, live music, or even small animals! Thank you, Chandra, for being such a tremendous advocate for our residents!
