The Arthritis Foundation's walking program will take place twice a week at the Winner Community Center Gym (located in the City Building).
Have something to look forward to and get out of the house this winter and keep moving, or get moving- the only requirement is to be 18 years old and able to walk 10 minutes now. Grab a friend and get walking.
